Former India wicketkeeper-batter Dinesh Karthik has picked Shreyas Iyer as the replacement for Cheteshwar Pujara and Ajinkya Rahane in the Indian Test squad for the upcoming Border-Gavaskar Trophy against Australia. Karthik, who is now a commentator and analyst, said that Iyer is the "ideal" replacement for Pujara and Rahane because of his current form and ability to play spin bowling well.
