2 found dead after ‘suspicious’ Glendora house fire

Firefighters found 2 people dead after extinguishing a fire at a Glendora home early Tuesday, authorities said.

Glendora police and fire crews were called to the 300 block of East Alosta Avenue at 12:35 a.m. and found the one-story house engulfed in flames, the Glendora Police Department said in a news release. Firefighters extinguished the blaze and found two deceased victims inside the home, police said.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Homicide Bureau was called to investigate the deaths, which were deemed suspicious, police said. The cause of the fire is under investigation, and no further details were immediately available.
