Four teams from the Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean Association Football (CONCACAF) have secured the final two automatic qualifying places for the 2024 Copa America tournament. The teams that have qualified from CONCACAF are: * United States * Mexico * Canada * Costa Rica

These four teams join the 10 teams from the South American Football Confederation (CONMEBOL) who had already qualified for the tournament. The two remaining spots in the tournament will be determined through a play-off round involving teams from CONCACAF and CONMEBOL.
