Married to Heather with two children, Ashton Skyla, motocross, MOPAR drag racing, and Jet Skis have kept Yates busy since his last AMA Superbike appearance over two years ago. According to his team, Michael Jordan Motorsports Suzukis, Yates will not be returning to AMA Pro Racing National Guard Superbike action anytime soon.
